In a move from previous reports, this year we are particularly keen to receive images of inside buildings and those showing student and staff activity, teaching and research as well as aerial shots of campus and public realm showing social interaction.
With regards to case studies, we would like to feature institutions from across the UK who have a story to tell that aligns to one or more of the AUDE KPIS, namely:
Efficiency
• Area per student and staff FTE (Gross Internal Area m2 )
• Total property cost per m2 (Gross Internal Area)
Quality
• Percentage of Gross Internal Area in condition Grade A and B
• Percentage of Gross Internal Area in functional suitability grades 1 and 2
Value
• Income per m2 (Gross Internal Area)
• Insurance replacement value as a proportion of total income
Sustainability
• Maintenance and capital expenditure as percentage of insurance replacement value (rolling average of 3 years)
• Carbon emissions scope 1 and 2 tonnes by m2
