BY RAIL
Sheraton House is approximately 35/40 minutes walk from Cambridge station, or 15 minutes by taxi. If walking, a street map of the full route can be downloaded by entering the station postcode (CB1 2JW) and the postcode of the office (CB3 0AX) into the streetmap web site at: http://www.streetmap.co.uk
BY BUS
Take a bus into the City centre and then a number two or six to ‘Shire Hall’. You will see the ‘Sir Isaac Newton’ public house on Castle Street. Turn right immediately after the public house and follow the service road straight ahead (bearing right at the bottom).
Sheraton House is the last building on the left before a slope leading to a private underground car park. It is clearly marked. Upon arrival please report to the main reception desk.
BY CAR
From M11 Motorway (Northbound only): Exit the M11 Motorway at Junction 13. Turning right onto the A1303, continue along this road until you reach a mini-roundabout. Take the left turn and continue to a set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Castle Street and continue along this road. Cambridgeshire County Council offices will appear on the right hand side and then the ‘Sir Isaac Newton’ public house. Turn right immediately after the public house and follow the service road straight ahead (bearing right at the bottom). Sheraton House is the last building on the left before a slope leading to a private underground car park. Upon arrival please report to the main reception desk.
From A1 Southbound: Take the A14 to Cambridge and then join the A1307 (Huntingdon Road). Proceed to a multiple set of traffic lights and continue across both sets of lights into Castle Street. Take the first turning left into Castle Park service road immediately before the ‘Sir Isaac Newton’ public house, follow the road straight ahead (bearing right at the bottom) and proceed as above.
From A14 Westbound: Take the B1049 (Histon Road) southbound into Cambridge. Proceed to the second set of traffic lights at a ‘T’ junction. Turn right, then immediately leftat the next set of traffic lights into Castle Street. Take the first turning left into Castle Park service road immediately before the ‘Sir Isaac Newton’ public house, follow the road straight ahead (bearing right at the bottom) and proceed as above.
BY AIR
Stansted is the nearest of the "London" airports to Cambridge. There is a regular hourly bus service from Stansted to Cambridge operated by JetLink (Service No. 797 and 757) and Airbus (Service No. A7). The service takes approximately one hour depending on the traffic. Website http://www.gobycoach.com
There is a regular, direct train service from London Stansted to Cambridge, taking approximately 30 minutes. Website: http://www.railtrack.co.uk
London Stansted airport is on the M11 motorway giving a direct route to Cambridge, approximately 45 minutes away (see directions above).
