AUDE mailing list
The AUDE membership list is available for purchase.
The members of AUDE are Higher Education Institutions - they are represented by the most senior member of staff responsible for estates and facilities. The contact list contains details of these representatives, normally the Director of Estates, or equivalent, at the member institution. Currently 156 higher education institutions are members of AUDE.
The contact details on the membership list are: name, job title, address, telephone number, fax number and email address.
AUDE members can opt out of having their details listed on the mailing list. A small number have done so and in these cases the institution appears on the list with its general postal address but no individual contact details.
Applications to use the list must be on the AUDE proforma, available from this web page (link below). Applicants should state the use to which the list will be put and are requested to return a signed copy of the form, stating that they will not supply the list to any other person, or company. It is a condition of sale that an unsubscribe facility be made available to contacts on the list.
The cost of the list is: £1,000.00 (pounds sterling) plus VAT, for a one off purchase. Please note VAT is now 20%.
We require payment in advance of supply for the mailing list. An invoice is issued on receipt of a faxed, signed application form. We are not able to process credit card payments and you should allow time for the payment process to be completed when you make an application. As an unincorporated body AUDE does not have access to on line banking and BACS payments can only be verified once a month on receipt of bank statements.
