Passwords are unique to the AUDESAT software and are issued by Niddocks. Passwords are only available to named representatives at higher education institutions in the United Kingdom.

This guide which can be downloaded from the link below was published in 2001 by the Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE), Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and the Standing Conference of Principals Estates Group (SCOPEG). The aim of the publication was to provide examples of good practice, and identify common principles - to assist heads of institutions, senior managers and directors of estate to manage more effectively and so stand a better chance of delivering their institution’s strategic goals.
