The concept behind DEKB.co.uk was developed and co-sponsored by Utilicom, however the site claims to be a non-political, not for profit electronic information portal operating totally independently in its own right. The site has information on CHP, Biomass, Metering, Wind, Heat and Cooling Networks, Electricity networks, Hydro, Solar and Geothermal. There is a section on Universities with case studies.
