Religious observance in higher education: facilities and services.  ECU's second briefing about practical issues that arise on campus in relation to religion or belief.  This briefing discusses the provision of facilities and services from a religion and belief perspective.  Including case studies from institutions, the briefing features examples of targeted services for particular religions or beliefs. It also discusses institutions' responsibilities for ensuring that facilities and services do not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of religion and belief:

Sensory access in higher education: guidance report.  This guidance has been produced to support the sector in improving accessibility for sensory impaired students on campus. The guidance is based on research into 3 pilot HE campuses, looking at general access, student services and teaching environments.  The report is intended to help raise awareness and understanding and implement appropriate accessibility mechanisms in the higher education sector. It includes recommendation for staff training, inclusive physical environments and communications strategies:
