Planning guidance for Universities was prepared by AIMS (Asset and Infrastructure Management Solutions) for Universities UK (UUK) and the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) guided by representatives of the Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) and individuals from outside the sector responsible for creating and administering planning policy in England.
