AUDE information for members

Important Information for members:
Representatives of AUDE member insitutions have accounts on the AUDE web site giving access to 'members only' areas.
Passwords can be obtained by selecting the 'password reminder' at the bottom left of the home page and entering your e-mail address in the box which then appears in the middle of the screen (note: case sensitive, lower case). The password will be e-mailed to you by the site software. Passwords cannot be changed but can be retrieved at any time.
To log on to members areas of the AUDE web site enter your e-mail address as the user name and the password.
Other estates staff in AUDE member institutions who are mailbase subscribers (AUDE-GENERAL) can also obtain a web site members account by request to the AUDE Executive Officer, see below.

AUDE mailbase: The AUDE mailbase (AUDE-GENERAL) is not linked to the web site. Each AUDE member institution can have up to three subscribers to the mailbase. Accounts are allocated at the discretion of the AUDE institutional representative, normally the Director of Estates or equivalent. Subscribers can send messages to the maibase by addressing a normal e-mail to: AUDE-GENERAL (at) jiscmail.ac.uk
