BREEAM Outstanding Chatterley Valley Blue Planet

The worlds first BREEAM outstanding building was the subject of a presentation at the joint East and West Midlands AUDE meeting on 11 November 2009.
Chatterley Valley Blue Planet is the UK's first carbon positive logistics building - without offsetting - and 100% of its energy and heat comes from renewables.
