There will be a session on using GIS to manage universities estates and facilities at this year’s Esri UK Annual Conference on the 21st of May. The University of Cambridge and The University of Edinburgh will outline how they have been using Esri software to capture and manage asset information. In addition to the estates session, there will be the opportunities to discuss how you might get started to see how the software is used in other sectors. Most universities already have access to Esri software to manage their estates through the Chest Software Agreement. You can check if your university has access through this map.
