There has been a lot of info and discussion about this over the last 6 months or so among tax, procurement, HR and payroll colleagues. However, it is very new (comes into force on 6 April), has been very rushed, so is still ‘emerging’. AUDE and BUFDG are continuing to look at ways to help universities
