AUDE Summer School will provide up to 45 delegates with a valuable 3.5 days residential covering key area of estates and facilities management. Ensuring that emerging talent is nurtured early within the association will not only help retention within the sector, but will also provide an opportunity of sharing the considerable experience that exists with senior managers within estates and facilities management with those working through the career ladder within HE.
This four days/three nights residential will give delegates the opportunity to hear from inspirational current estates directors, sector experts and high profile evening speakers on the key areas of estates, facilities management and leadership. The programme will be run by Graham Johnson, a leadership consultant, and delegates will embed their learning through group assignments and a follow up course.
The residential is taking place on the 27th – 30th June 2018 at East Midlands Conference Centre, University of Nottingham.
