We appreciate that the conference programme is very full on and combined with your normal working day we really wanted to make sure we have included some social activities in the programme this year. Just because we are not able to meet face to face this year does not mean we can not have some social time online.
We will be offering free meditation and yoga recorded sessions as well as tone at home 30 minute sessions everyday on the platform. These are available to take part anytime that works best for you but we have signposted 08:00 - 09:00 in the programme for these activities should you wish to take part in these activities.
On Tuesday 13th April at 17:00 - 18:00, we are pleased to invite all delegates and their families to our family friendly virtual quiz. There will be prizes available for the three top winners!
On Friday 16th April at 12:00 - 12:40, on our final day of our conference we invite all delegates and families to take part in a live lunchtime cook along with Rachel Green chef, author, TV presenter, demonstrator and food campaigner. Please see here a shopping list so that you are all covered for when you join us in cooking together Rachel’s Carpaccio of courgette with lemon peas and grilled goats cheese.
