Mike Clark, AUDE’s chair, and director of estate & facilities management at the University of Brighton said; “We’re delighted to be presenting the Big Conversation event for the second year running. Providing the right environment is crucial to attracting staff and students both from the UK and internationally. We hope everyone involved can share innovations and best practice to help us make improvements across the sector, so that universities can continue to provide the best learning environments for the next generation of students.”
Attendees will include directors of estates from UK institutions, as well as representatives from suppliers to the sector such as the event sponsor, Broadway Malyan. It will be a day of discussion and reflections from institutions and careers.
The format will allow for debate and idea sharing among members of estates teams around the country; with input from speakers such as Professor Janet Beer (Vice - Chancellor of Liverpool University and President Elect of UUK).
All AUDE members will receive a free hard copy of the association’s book, AUDE: The First 25 years and the event is CPD certified.
