Eligibility

Only staff employed* by AUDE member organisations are eligible to participate in these awards as nominees or nominators. AUDE members are the higher education institutions of the UK.

  • Nominees can be nominated for more than one award, but a new form and registration must be completed for each submission.

  • Each nomination must be supported by the university director of estates (or equivalent).

  • Each award category is judged on predefined criteria, based on a points system. The judging criteria can be seen on this page.

*We will accept nominations for the chair's long-term contribution award on behalf of members who have served for a long time but recently retired.

Entry process

  • Review all the categories and criteria for the award entries 

  • Complete the application form to submit your application, on behalf of an individual or team.

  • Return the completed application form and supporting evidence to info@aude.ac.uk

  • Entries must be submitted by midnight on Friday 28 January 2022 to info@aude.ac.uk.  Entries made after this will not be considered.

  • The judges will meet in February 2022 to decide and confirm the winners

  • Shortlisted applicants will be contacted w/c 7 March 2022 and will be invited to attend the awards evening on Tuesday 5 April 2022.
