Litmus is an independent facilities management and catering consultancy which has helped Universities optimise all aspects of their facilities management and foodservice resources since 1993. We work with AUDE and its Members by sharing best practise and guidance relating to the delivery of all FM related services across University Estates.

Through our experience and a deep understanding of the business processes involved in delivering specific, sometimes highly specialised FM-related support services, we have been able to bring about exceptional value by exploring all the options, constructing viable solutions, and implementing new ideas and ways of working.

We are dedicated to creating more efficient facilities management processes and carbon neutral environments through positive engagement with our clients and their product and service supply chains.  We believe this transforms the value of support delivery - ultimately costing less and giving much more.

We help organisations gain clarity and confidence that their buying and contractor engagement activities are well managed in terms of supplier/contractor relationships and product costs, and that appropriate business processes and compliance regimes are in place.

We are excited to work in partnership with AUDE to inform its Members in respect of trends, best custom and value for money strategies which may be implemented into Estates to realise efficiencies, drive cost reductions and improve services to stakeholders. We are also available for conversations with organisations about any specific challenges or projects they may have and welcome members contacting us to discuss their individual requirements.
