Dear Directors,
AUDE are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer with sound knowledge of governance matters to be responsible for oversight of the AUDE constitution and its implementation. The position is open to Directors of Estates and Facilities Management (or equivalent).

The term of office is three years with an option to extend for an additional three years.
You will receive full support, an induction from the AUDE office and a warm welcome from the Executive.

We are aware that our Executive Officers group (Chair, Chair Elect, Past Chair, Treasurer and Governance Officer) is currently comprised of more male than female Directors and therefore we particularly welcome female applicants as they are underrepresented on the committee. All appointments will be made on merit, following a fair and transparent process. In line with the Equality Act 2010 (update Jan 2024), however, AUDE may employ positive action where candidates from underrepresented groups can demonstrate their ability to perform the role equally well.
