AUDE Professional Development Group

Aim

AUDE believes that learning and development should be at the heart of a high performing estates and facilities team.  As part of our role we will develop your knowledge through networking, providing you with relevant resources and a variety of events.  If you have any thoughts or ideas for future programmes please contact us.

This proposal set outs the idea of forming a sub-group within AUDE for HE sector professionals whose remit is responsible for the delivery of learning and development programmes based upon:

  • knowledge sharing
  • staff/skills development
  • identifying opportunities
  • commitment in continuous development

PDG Course Matrix

This guide has been developed through taking a view upon the required competencies across the sector, grouping these into the pre-existing AUDE strands.
