I’m pleased to advise that UKUPC (the collaborative body for all the HE Purchasing Consortia in the UK) have issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform and engage with potential contractors for the proposed Framework Agreement for Professional Services for Construction.
The proposed lotting structure for the Framework is as advised at regional meeting and is detailed below.
Ability to call off various disciplines including Client Adviser, PM, Architecture, Lead Designer, Cost Consultant, Civil and Structural Engineering, BIM Co-Ordinator, CDM Advisor, Etc.
Forms of contract will potentially include NEC 4 PSC, NEC4 PSSC & JCT and Call-off Method by Direct Award via Ranking and Desktop Evaluation or via Mini-Competition
We would be grateful if you could share the links for the PIN either via Public Contracts Scotland or Find a Tender services and or the link to an online questionnaire seeking feedback from the market, as below, with incumbent providers and anyone who has registered an interest in providing these services to your institution.

We are also seeking nominations for Tender Working Party (TWP) / User Intelligence Group (UIG) members to provide input to the Procurement Strategy, and Invitation to Tender (Specification of Requirements, Technical Questions and Commercial structure) as well as assisting with the resulting technical evaluation.
