Since the UK locked down in March 2020, there has been much speculation on how we will emerge back into society, beginning to take up where we left off and how we can return to work, schools and other places of study. We know institutions have been busy planning how and when they will return to campus and looking at several different scenarios of how they will recommence face to face teaching and learning.
In this session we will focus on student accommodation and some common questions around changing the terms of contracts which have already been entered into, things to consider if you haven’t yet entered into your ccommodation contracts for 2020/2021 and how the institution and the student stands when it comes to performing the contract and paying the fees.
