Members spent £1.3BN through consortia frameworks and achieved £119M in cashable savings and £73M in non-cashable/process savings: savings are calculated using the HEPA Benefits Methodology.
Members had access to over 169 agreements covering a wide range of strategic spend areas.
Members can access 1,147 SMEs through UKUPC frameworks – SMEs make up just over 73% of awarded suppliers across all frameworks.
Responsible Procurement initiatives for members and/or framework suppliers included
identifying the impacts of the Plastics Packaging Tax on the procurement of goods and services
