AUDE are pleased to announce a new work shadowing programme to enhance our member CPD offer. The programme was developed by the winning project team at AUDE's Summer School 2019 and is now avaialble as a core part of AUDE's CPD offer.
It does rely on members to volunteer as a work shadow host before other members can benefit from the support. Please read through the details below and consider registering:

AUDE will facilitate matching work shadow hosts or coaches with suitable participants. Huge thanks goes to the Summer School 2019 winning group who developed the work shadowing programme as part of their project.
Aims of the work shadowing programme
AUDE’s work shadowing programme allows members to develop their career through on-the-job learning. It allows an individual specifically from estates and FM in one institution to work alongside and gain experience of the role of another individual either within their own institution or from within one of the 186 member institutions of AUDE. It can benefit full time and part time members at any stage of their career.
