There will also be an additional event leading on from the virtual event which is aimed at Directors of Estates and Facilities. This Director’s Development Day will take place on Thursday 14th October in London. Details of the London location will be available shortly.
This is the fifth annual Big Conversation event: a fast-paced debate on current topics surrounding HE and estates. It will be a day of discussion and knowledge-sharing, with speakers and delegates reflecting on learnings from their institutions and careers. As we continue to innovate and improve across the sector how can universities provide the best learning environments for the next generation of students.
The theme of our 2021 event is ‘agile working.’
The virtual event will consist of two keynote plenary sessions surrounding the above theme as well business sessions and AUDE Special Interest Group breakout sessions all debating and discussing the theme agile working. Our speakers have carefully been chosen to offer different points of view these will be thought-provoking sessions that spark great conversation and debate.
The in-person Directors Development Day will be carrying on the conversation from the virtual event and will be a chance to finally network with colleagues and AUDE supporters. The event will consist of 3 plenaries, a panel debate, and a networking drinks reception.
