Digital adoption to deliver Better Information Management
AUDE in collaboration with Buro Happold and Cadline are exploring what BIM for space management means for the HE sector, and sharing our learnings gained from our experiences of working across the HE and broader commercial sectors. We are seeking feedback on a small number of questions which will help us better understand what BIM for HE means to you.
In completing this survey, you will provide us with valuable insights which will help inform the content and format of further engagement via a separate workshop. All respondents to the survey will be invited to participate in the workshop, where we will introduce best practice guidance on the role of BIM and Information Management, identifying how this is applied in the context of space management.
Drawing on the findings of the BIM capability survey, the workshop will form the basis for a discussion which will further inform the current approach to BIM in the HE sector. By comparing these findings against good practice guidance in order to better understand current maturity, opportunities, challenges, and key issues. We would seek to identify any emerging themes and highlight lessons learned that may be applicable to the HE sector.
We would conclude the review by identifying gaps in approach and areas for improvement / further study, presenting these back to AUDE in the form of a summary report, setting out the key issues and challenges, opportunities and recommended actions to be progressed by way of next steps.
