University estates are some of the most complex estates of any sector involving offices, lecture theatres, teaching rooms, halls of residence, research laboratories, workshops (sometimes similar to light industry) and building types which may span over three centuries.
To understand the challenges and opportunities ahead for the sector, for net zero outcomes and for project managers/directors of University estates, a short survey has been prepared for AUDE members. This is being undertaken in conjunction with Centre for Future Infrastructure at the University of Edinburgh. Please note we are happy for more than one person from each University to complete the survey – as some respondents may have only part of the University estate within their own portfolio.
We would be very grateful if AUDE members could assist by completing this survey. The general outcomes of the survey will be published back to AUDE members after the survey has closed.
