King’s Cross has become a new vibrant part of London with shopping, galleries, cultural venues schools, homes, restaurants and bars all set within 67 acres. The University of the Arts, London was at the forefront of the regeneration story and in September 2011 they moved their Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design to the Granary Complex at King’s Cross, London. Alongside colleagues from Savills, you will hear why the university decided to relocate to the new development and the impact it has had on the institution. A site tour of the development at King’s Cross will be included alongside ample time for networking. This event will be CPD certified.
