How can a ‘Considerate Construction’ approach practically support your estate management?
Used by a number of universities, the Considerate Constructors Scheme is a helpful tool for clients of construction to raise standards on their construction projects and support the students and wider community affected by construction.
Join our webinar to explore the importance of considerate practice, find out more about the Scheme and how you can practically use it to support your estate management.
About the Considerate Constructors Scheme
The work of the Considerate Constructors Scheme results in practices that both minimise the impact of construction on communities and support wider benefits for our society -including care for the environment, valuing workforce wellbeing and respect for the community. Through independent monitoring, assessment and knowledge sharing, our tools enable, encourage and support continual improvement and culture-change throughout the construction process. Constructors’ efforts are underpinned by monitoring, learning and recognition, as well as public insight and mediation.
