Have you attended the AUDE Annual Conference before?
If this will be the first time you have attended the conference would you be interested in attending the new members meeting on Monday 3 April for first time delegates?

Accommodation
There are three nights of hotel accommodation included in a full package from Monday 3 April until check-out on Thursday 6 April. Please indicate which nights you will be using this. Please note additional nights will need to be purchased separately if required.

Williamson Tunnels Heritage Centre, optional excursion available on Monday 3 April 2pm - 4pm. Places are limited.
Brochure
Printed conference brochures are available on request only to help us reduce waste. All delegates will have access to a conference website with the same details. Please indicate your preference.
Delegate List
Please note that we collate a delegate list for the conference which is available to supporters shortly ahead of the event and also a copy will be available prior to the conference so that fellow delegates can identify attendees. For clarity we will only use this information to contact you in relation to this event. Delegates may use this information to network with you and supporters may use this information to follow up with you after the event. (Under GDPR they will have to give you the option of opting out at every point of contact.) Your contact data will not be passed on to any other third parties. Invoice Requests
Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer delegates to pay by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please proceed with the booking and on the final stage of booking there will be an additional button ‘pay by invoice’ as well as the usual button to 'pay online', please then enter a purchase order number . Our accounts team will be notified of your invoice request and will supply you with an invoice to pay. If you do not provide an official PO number we will not be able to process and confirm your booking. All invoices must be paid in full before you can attend the event.
