14.00 – 16.00 Tour of Enterprise Hub , University of Hertfordshire Enterprise Hub completed 2020 just before pandemic, points of interest to the group include Contract value £8M, (£12M all inc) - single source contractor, efficiency of design and construction speed of delivery from idea to completion, from a design point of view we focussed our time and budget on interior finish to give an adult high street feel to the social spaces. The social space has been very successful, and the mixture of students, staff and real business in one building has proved very vibrant.
