Bertie Van Wyke, Senior Insights Strategist, MillerKnoll
Bertie Van Wyk helps organisations navigate the evolving world of work through research-driven insights and strategic workplace planning. With 20 years of experience in workplace strategy and human-centric design, Bertie specialises in translating emerging trends into actionable strategies that foster healthier, more connected, and productive environments in Workplaces, Higer Education and Hospitality.
Bertie regularly engages with clients and industry audiences to share thought leadership on the future of work, workplace wellbeing, and organisational transformation. His work bridges the gap between data and design, equipping leaders with the tools to create inclusive and adaptive spaces. Bertie contributes to podcasts, webinars, and conferences around the globe, and continues to champion innovation in workplace development across global markets.
Claire Williams, Ocee Group Creative Director
Claire has been with Ocee for eight years gaining experience as a Brand Manager, Strategic Business Development Director and UK Cretive Director before becoming Group Director in March 2022.
Lee Hansford, Head of Creative Design, Southerns Broadstock Interiors
Lee works with our clients, supply chain partners and built environment professionals to take projects through from concept to completion. He develops interior schemes and furniture palettes by collaborating closely with all stakeholders, creating inspiring spaces that allow organisations to reach their full potential. A key aspect of his role is to undertake research, exploring current trends alongside an ever evolving approach to key subjects such as Inclusive Design, Wellbeing and Smart Working.
