Richard is a lead partner for the firm's specialist education law work. He advises education institutions on their legal duties and liabilities across a range of legal areas specific to education. These include education regulation, the equality legislation, student issues (including contract, disputes and immigration), freedom of speech, and data protection/freedom of information issues.
