From contract management insights with LitmusFM to the launch of Provelio’s Soft FM Dashboard, plus sessions on resilience and recognising early signs of stress, and a thought‑provoking panel discussion around “excelling at doing the fewest things that matter the most.” This event is designed to help you tackle today’s challenges while improving services. | The aim of this session to equip managers with tools and techniques to recognise early signs of stress or overload in themselves and in others, and to develop strategies for self-management. We also want to help them understand the challenges their teams are facing, so they can provide appropriate support and put in place actions that strengthen team cohesion and support. Overall, we want to help ensure our leaders can navigate current pressures confidently and develop resilient and supportive teams. | |
