Exhibition Stand Location

Stand locations will be reserved on a separate booking page on Eventbrite. Following completing a booking on the AUDE website, exhibitors will receive a confirmation email which will contain the Eventbrite link and be able to select their stand location.

Please note that accommodation is not included in your packages, and as such it is your responsibility to book this if needed. Delegates will be staying at Hyatt Place Leeds.

Please pay by card rather than invoice if you can

Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer people to pay by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please proceed with the booking and on the final stage of booking there will be an additional button ‘pay by invoice’ as well as the usual button to 'pay online', please then enter a purchase order number. Our accounts team will be notified of your invoice request and will supply you with an invoice to pay. If you do not provide a PO number we will not be able to process and confirm your booking.

If you do intend to pay by card, please have it ready when you start the booking process as choices cannot be saved and bookings are not complete until payment has been processed.
