AUDE Annual Conference 2026

If this will be the first time you have attended the conference would you be interested in attending the new members meeting on Monday 20 April (18:30 - 19:00) for first time delegates?

There are three nights of hotel accommodation included in the full conference package from Monday 20 April until check-out on Thursday 23 April. Please indicate which nights you will be using this. Please note additional nights will need to be purchased separately if required. Please notify AUDE as soon as possible if your requirements do change.

Optional excursion Leeds City walking tour available on Monday 20 April 14:00 - 16:00. Places are limited. Please notify AUDE as soon as possible if your requirements do change.

Please note that we collate a delegate list for the conference which is available to AUDE members and supporters shortly ahead of the event so that fellow delegates can identify attendees. For clarity we will only use this information to contact you in relation to this event. Delegates may use this information to network with you and supporters may use this information to follow up with you after the event. (Under GDPR they will have to give you the option of opting out at every point of contact.) Your contact data will not be passed on to any other third parties. Due to the cost of processing invoices we strongly prefer delegates to pay by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card please proceed with the booking and on the final stage there will be an additional button pay by invoice as well as the usual button to pay online please then enter a purchase order number. Our accounts team will be notified of your invoice request and will supply you with an invoice to pay. If you do not provide an official PO number we will not be able to process and confirm your booking. All invoices must be paid in full before you can attend the event.
