Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday night accommodation and breakfast is included at the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House (if you have selected these days upon booking onto the conference). Rooms available will be a mixture of studios, king and twin rooms. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sovereign Square, just a 3-minute walk from the railway station. Shuttle buses will be available to take delegates to and from the University of Leeds. Alternatively the University of Leeds is approximately 20 minutes walk (1 mile).
Check in for delegates will be on Monday 20 April at 16:00. Breakfast is available in the Zoom Restaurant from 06:30, the hotel also has a gym for delegates to use during your stay. The gym is open 24 hours for residents. The welcome dinner on Monday 20 April will be onsite at the hotel on the 12th floor in the Azotea Restaurant and Bar which features fabulous city views.
