Potterrow
The welcome drinks reception and dinner for conference delegates will take place on Monday 12 April at Potterrow, The University of Edinburgh. The evening provides an opportunity to welcome delegates, reconnect with colleagues, and build new professional connections. Attendance is limited to AUDE members and invited supporters. Dynamic Earth
The networking drinks and dinner will take place on Tuesday 13 April at Dynamic Earth. All conference delegates, invited supporters and registered exhibitors are warmly invited to attend this evening event, offering an excellent opportunity to network and connect with fellow attendees after the first day of the conference. Dress code: Smart/business attire.

Assembly Rooms
The gala dinner and the 13th AUDE Awards will take place on Wednesday 14 April at the Assembly Rooms. The evening is open to conference delegates, shortlisted award entrants, award sponsors and invited guests. Dress code: The Gala Dinner is a celebratory occasion, and while there is no formal dress code, many guests choose to wear formal attire, including evening wear and black tie. However, guests are welcome to dress in a way that reflects their individual preferences, culture and identity. We also encourage consideration of sustainable and ethically sourced attire where possible.
