Corporate and Commercial Real Estate SIG
The objectives of the SIG:
Enhance capability – build commercial and financial literacies into university estates leadership
Data and reporting – encourage systematic estates reporting and KPIs to improve institutional decision-making
Leverage asset value – explore models for unlocking and leveraging balance sheet value while ensuring mission-aligned delivery
Professional networks – create structured links with bodies such as CoreNet Global, as well as property, finance and legal sector experts
Training and knowledge-sharing – pilot AUDE-short courses / masterclasses (drawing on MSc Real Estate programme content) and explore collaboration with partners such as Provelio to fill gaps in corporate estates management practice.
