Headline Supporter (1)

Included in the package: 

• Host the AUDE Big Conversation - host to provide welcome, facilitate the panel session and afternoon workshop at the event. A fantastic opportunity. Senior representative preferred.
• Four tickets to attend the AUDE Big conversation and welcome drinks and dinner reception
• Option to bring collateral for the tables to share with delegates

Welcome Drinks and Dinner Supporter (1)

Included in the package: 

• 15-minute speech at welcome drinks and dinner reception
• Panellist speaker in the opening session
• 2 tickets to attend the AUDE Big Conversation and welcome drinks and dinner reception
• Sponsorship acknowledgement at the event, on the AUDE’s website, and on socials
• Copy of delegate list (GDPR compliant)
• The events will provide the opportunity to network and discuss the topic with members of university estates and facilities teams from across the UK

Supplier tickets

A very limited number of supplier tickets (30 only) will be available for companies to purchase to attend the event. These tickets do not include accommodation, any speaking opportunities or opportunities to provide literature or other items to delegates during the event.   

Non Member tickets: £495 +VAT (£540 inc. VAT). Please note we have a limit of two bookings per company policy for the event.

Bookings will close on Friday 23 October.

Invoice Requests

Please pay by card rather than invoice if you can. Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer delegates to pay by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please proceed with the booking and on the final stage of booking there will be an additional button ‘pay by invoice’ as well as the usual button to 'pay online', please then enter a purchase order number. Our accounts team will be notified of your invoice request and will supply you with an invoice to pay. If you do not provide an official PO number we will not be able to process and confirm your booking. All invoices must be paid in full before you can attend the event.

If you do intend to pay by card, please have it ready when you start the booking process as choices cannot be saved and bookings are not complete until payment has been processed.
