The Gala Dinner and AUDE Awards 2027 are taking place on Wednesday, 14 April 2027 at the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh.

Set the postcode in your sat nav to EH2 2LR, or make your way into Edinburgh and follow signs for the city centre. There’s on-street parking along George Street and in the surrounding streets (metered during the day), and multi-level car parks at Castle Terrace of the Omni Centre. Edinburgh’s tram service offers transport throughout Edinburgh, with stops on Princes Street and St Andrew’s Square just a few minutes away from the venue.
The venue is an 11-minute walk or 5-minute drive from Edinburgh’s main station, Edinburgh Waverley. For train journey times and tickets, please visit National Rail Enquiries.

A drinks reception will be held from 19:00-20:00, followed by dinner from 20:00-22:00. The awards ceremony will then take place from 22:00-23:10. The evening will finish at 00:00.
The Gala Dinner is a night of celebration. There is no set dress code, although many guests choose to dress formally, and in previous years we have often seen evening gowns and black tie attire. However, the Gala Dinner is inclusive of all forms of attire, and we encourage guests to express individual, regional, sustainably sourced and ethical styles of dress.

These tickets include attendance for the Gala Dinner and Awards evening (Wednesday, 14 April 2027) which includes the drinks reception, a 3-course meal and attendance to theAwards presentation. It does not include attendance to any other parts of the AUDE Annual Conference or accommodation.
Supplier tickets - Supplier of the Year applicants only:
This ticket includes attendance at the Gala Dinner and Awards evening (Wednesday, 14 April 2027) which includes the drinks reception, a 3-course meal and attendance at the Awards presentation. It does not include attendance to any other parts of the AUDE Annual Conference or accommodation. This ticket is for applicants who have submitted an entry to Supplier of the Year Awards only.
