In the fifth year of the AUDE Supplier ot the Year Award, will you join past winners Hassell Studio, Buro Happold, Provelio and Curtins as organisations we think really are amongst the best in the business?
Every university estates team is aware of the enormous support received from top suppliers across every aspect of our work. There is no detail where a collaborative effort between university and supplier is not necessary – whether that is on design and construction, retrofitting older facilities, energy and sustainability, or every detail of facilities management. Where is your organisation’s expertise, and how has it helped our universities this year?
We’re looking for suppliers with a great track record of work for university estates teams and projects. Any supplier can apply no matter what their size or specialism. The winner will be announced at the gala dinner during #AUDE27 at the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh together with the rest of the AUDE Awards winners for 2027.

It provides an opportunity for institutions to recognise and celebrate the contribution suppliers make in helping them achieve their strategic goals and ambitions.
Applications are welcome from suppliers of all sizes.
Deadline for entries is midnight on Friday, 15 January 2027. Scoring will take place from late January to early February to determine the winner, with shortlisted organisations informed and invited to the ceremony following thereafter.The winner will be announced at the gala dinner & awards evening on Wednesday, 14 April 2027 in Edinburgh.

To submit an entry for the AUDE Supplier of the Year Award, please complete and submit the application form. A copy of the for is available for download in the first secton of this page. Please email a completed copy of your application, along with any supporting documents, to info@aude.ac.uk by midnight on Friday, 15 January 2027.
We’ll ask for some information about you and your company and encourage our entrants to use their creative flair by providing a piece of supporting evidence. This is not mandatory and should only be used to supplement the information included in your application. Any supporting evidence you wish to submit with your application can be linked in the form or attached to your submission email.
Please do not use any supporting videos as replacements for text in the form as all of these sections have marks to be gained. Videos should only be used to support what you’re already saying in your entry.
Please upload your video to a hosting site such as YouTube or Vimeo and then paste the URL into the supporting documents box.
Please ensure any required passwords are included with your submission.
The Gala Dinner and AUDE Awards 2027 are taking place on Wednesday, 14 April 2027 at the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh. Shortlisted nominees will be invited directly to attend the gala dinner and awards ceremony evening. Full details will be available on our website shortly.
