  • Each award category is judged on predefined criteria, based on a points system. The judging criteria can be viewed on this page.
  • The AUDE Chair’s Long Term Contribution and AUDE Summer School Award are not open for submissions.

  • In order to submit your entry for one of the six award categories, you will need to complete the awards application form. A copy of the application form is available for download at the top of the page.
  • Institutions may submit one application only per category. However, we welcome submissions from the same institution to multiple categories. A separate form must be completed for each category. Please ensure submissions are distinctive and unrelated.

You will be required to complete the following  sections on the application form:

  1. Your details

For section 3 'Award nomination details', please only fill out the corresponding section for your award, as the questions vary per award.

Institutions may submit one application only per category. However, we welcome submissions from the same institution to multiple categories. A separate form must be completed for each please ensure your submissions are distinctive and unrelated.

We’ll ask for some information about you and your organisation, as well as questions on the individual, team, function, or initiative you are nominating. We encourage our entrants to use their creative flair and provide supporting evidence where applicable, such as accreditation by a professional body, documents, or images as attachments with your application.

Providing supporting evidence isn’t mandatory and should only be used where applicable to support the information included in your application. The only exception to this is the AUDE & University Design Forum Smal Scale High Impact Design Award, where it is mandatory to share supporting documents as part of the submission. Further details of what to include as supporting documents can be found on the application form or via the Award Categories & Judging Criteria webpage.

After you have finished working on your application and are ready to submit your entry for review, please email a copy of the completed application form along with any relevant attachments, to info@aude.ac.uk.

You will receive an email from the AUDE team in acknowledgment of your application.

We will be in touch directly should we require any amendments to be made or for any direct queries.
